Syed Ghulam Haider Shah was a popular Hakeem of Delhi Gate in his life time. He was also somewhat an astrologer and would predict things about the future. His 15 years old son died at an early age and left the man badly shaken and disturbed forever. He had no relatives, nor his wife Iqbal Begum had any relatives. The house was their own. The couple was thoroughly disturbed and finally decided to build their own graves in the house itself. The required permission from the Municpality was obtained and the graves dug up. One by one, both died and they were buried inside their house and they had made a Waqf committee to look after them.

25th January 1936 Ghulam Haider ShahI have no access to the present condition of the Waqf property in Bazaar Changaran Lahore. The writer of TARIKH JALEELIA knew them well and he lived nearby too. It is reputed that the children of Nawab Wazeer Khan went to them and he predicted the birth of a son to the family. That family was very proud of the Hakeem but they are gone too. That is life! Nothing is predictable, however much you plan it.
