A Shahjahani cup Lahore<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Although the present whereabouts are not known, it was a grand cup with grand engraving and with inscriptions. It coincided with the arrival of Ali Mardan Khan to Lahore and it seems that Shah Jahan presented same to Ali Mardan Khan. Both Shah Jahan (was born in Lahore) and Ali Mardan Khan (his mausoleum was buried here) are linked to Lahore in many ways, including the passion of architecture of both.<\/p><\/div>\n
